Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Managers In Training to learn store operations and leadership. You will work closely with Training Managers and Supervising Manager across shifts to understand retail, guest service, and store processes.

The role supports the Store Manager and team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. We offer a comprehensive training program and opportunities for growth within our 1500+ United States locations, including benefits and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs where applicable.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or District Manager.
