Cumberland Farms is seeking a Manager In Training to develop leadership skills while learning day-to-day operations of a Cumberland Farms convenience store across the United States. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, covering vendors, guest experience, and store leadership responsibilities.

This full-time role emphasizes building a strong store team through coaching, scheduling, and performance goals, with opportunities for growth across 1500+ sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in leadership role in retail, guest service or restaurant.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels and maintain full stock on the sales floor.
• Oversee food safety, merchandising, and quality control where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall store appearance; ensure coffee and food service areas are well kept.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support food service operation and other duties as assigned.
