Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for a Managers In Training role, supporting ongoing operations in a busy Cumberland Farms convenience store. You will work with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, learning day-to-day responsibilities and leading teams during shifts.

This full-time position offers hands-on leadership development, exposure to store operations, and opportunities to advance within our bench leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; leadership experience preferred.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role preferred.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
