Cumberland Farms is seeking a Managers In Training candidate to support day-to-day store operations, lead guest services, and back up the Store Manager across shifts. You will learn from Training Managers and Supervising Managers, rotating through responsibilities to build leadership skills in a fast-paced convenience store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and keep shelves in-stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate cash register efficiently and support 24/7 store operations where needed.
