Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Managers In Training to learn the day‑to‑day operations of running a Cumberland Farms convenience store location. You will train with managers, assist with scheduling, coaching, and team development, and gain hands‑on experience across our retail operations.

You’ll participate in a structured training program, rotate through shifts, and prepare to lead a store with a guest‑centric mindset. This role offers growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Preferred experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant leadership.
• ServSafe certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and build a strong store team through training, scheduling and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep shelves in stock; ensure 100% availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support the Store Manager in food service operations.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness inside and outside; delegate tasks as needed.
