Cumberland Farms is seeking a Manager In Training to support store operations and guest experience. You will train with senior leaders, rotate shifts, and learn to run a Cumberland Farms convenience store from top leaders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in retail, guest service, or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support Store Manager with team development, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure in-stock product levels and clean, organized shelves.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and assist with store operations.
