Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail, guest service, or restaurant in leadership role.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist Store Manager in building and developing a strong store team.
• Monitor product levels and ensure stock is maintained.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and coffee station.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
