Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. seeks a Managers In Training to learn day-to-day operations of a Cumberland Farms convenience store.

You’ll train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager across shifts, gaining hands-on leadership experience while supporting the Store Manager and team in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience. As a full-time role, you’ll participate in official training, later joining the bench leadership and stepping in during absences.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Education:
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full for 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot food locations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure coffee, food service areas, and restrooms are spotless.
