Job summary

Cumberland Farms in the United States is seeking a Managers In Training candidate to lead daily store operations, train and guide team members, and ensure outstanding guest service. You will work with store leadership to drive sales, uphold cleanliness, and manage responsibilities across shifts in a fast-paced convenience-store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in retail or food service.
• Preferred leadership experience in retail, guest service or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team; train, schedule, coach.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor; rotate stock and keep shelves full; ensure in-stock levels.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and handle transactions.
• Maintain store appearance inside and outside; ensure coffee/food areas are clean and well-stocked.
