Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Training Coordinator to collaborate with retail management to train and develop partners across store operations. You will onboard new hires, ensure adherence to company policies, and identify training opportunities to boost performance.

You’ll report progress to management and help front-end teams deliver friendly, efficient service in a clean, safe retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years related experience.
• HIPAA and Food Handler certifications required.
• 21+ to drive for company business per policy.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certifications where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Train and develop partners with upper management.
• On-board new hires and introduce them to policies, procedures, people and culture.
• Identify partners needing training and ensure all modules are completed.
• Remain current on company policies, procedures, initiatives and technologies.
• Conduct training sessions on topics such as on-the-job and refresher training.
• Report progress of partners during training to management.
• Assist partners with position-specific issues and suggest work improvements.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented support to front-end partners and correct issues on the spot.
• Ensure store is presentable and supports a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment per safety procedures.
