Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a Training Coordinator to partner with retail management to train and develop store teammates. You will onboard new hires to our policies and culture, monitor progress, and offer recommendations for additional training across locations.

The role emphasizes maintaining a friendly, customer-focused store environment while delivering effective training that aligns with company safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1+ years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in collaboration with retail management.
• On-board new hires to company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Monitor partner progress and report to management with training recommendations.
• Deliver training sessions on on-the-job and refresher topics.
