Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a training coordinator to partner with retail managers, guiding on-boarding and ongoing development. You will ensure adherence to company policies, deliver training sessions, and monitor progress across the store network.

You will stay current on programs, assist with improvement of procedures, and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment. Experience in training and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and related experience.
• HIPAA certification is required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Certifications (TABC/LACT/AATC) as applicable for state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in coordination with retail management.
• Lead on-boarding for new hires and introduce company policies and culture.
• Identify partners needing training and ensure completion of training modules.
