Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a Training Coordinator to partner with retail management in training and developing front-end partners, ensuring adherence to guidelines and company policies. You will monitor progress, assist with on-boarding, and provide ongoing support to improve performance.

The role requires HIPAA and Food Handler certifications where applicable, with flexibility for varied shifts and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1+ year of related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in collaboration with retail management.
• Conduct onboarding for new hires and introduce company policies and culture.
• Ensure training modules are completed and track partner progress.
• Deliver training sessions on diverse topics (on-the-job, refresher, etc.).
• Report progress to management and suggest improvements to procedures.
• Maintain customer service orientation in front-end interactions.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness in line with company procedures.
