Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management to train and develop partners.
• Onboard new hires to company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure completion of modules.
• Deliver training sessions on a variety of topics.
• Report partner progress to management during training.
• Assist partners with issues and suggest improvements to procedures.
• Maintain a customer-friendly store environment and safety compliance.
