Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners with retail management.
• On-board new hires to Company policies, procedures, people, and culture.
• Identify partners in need of training and ensure all training modules are completed.
• Deliver training sessions on job tasks, refreshers, and new processes.
• Report progress of partners during training to management.
• Assist partners with position-specific issues and suggest improvements to procedures.
• Maintain customer-service oriented store atmosphere and presentable shopping environment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report hazards to a supervisor.
