Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a Training Coordinator to partner with retail management to train and develop store staff. You will onboard new hires, ensure adherence to policies, and identify training needs across the team.

You’ll conduct sessions, report progress to leadership and help optimize procedures for a better customer experience. You will collaborate with front-end teams to promote a helpful service culture, uphold safety standards, and maintain store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year related experience preferred.
• HIPAA certification required; Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.
• Partners must be 21+ to drive for company business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with retail management to train and develop partners.
• On-board and introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, people and culture.
• Identify partners needing training and ensure completion of training modules.
• Conduct training sessions on a wide variety of topics (on-the-job, refresher, etc.).
• Report progress of partners to management and suggest improvements.
• Assist partners with position-specific tasks and provide management with corrective suggestions.
• Work with front-end partners to maintain customer-friendly service and store presentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work and shopping environment per company procedures.
