Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners with guidance from upper management.
• Onboard new hires and introduce company policies, procedures, people and culture.
• Identify training needs with retail management and ensure required modules are completed.
• Maintain current knowledge of company policies, safety procedures and technologies.
• Support partners with position-specific tasks and offer procedural improvements.
• Foster a friendly, customer-service oriented store environment and ensure safety compliance.
