Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Training Coordinator to partner with retail leadership to train and develop associates across banners. The role focuses on onboarding, policy implementation, and identifying training needs to improve performance.

You will conduct sessions, monitor progress, and support teams with procedures while maintaining a customer-friendly store environment and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• 21+ years old to drive where applicable.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in conjunction with upper management.
• Conduct partner onboarding and introduce company policies and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure completion of modules.
• Stay current on policies, procedures and technologies.
• Lead training sessions on diverse topics (on-the-job, refresher).
• Report partner progress to management and suggest improvements.
• Assist partners with task-related issues and optimize procedures.
• Maintain customer-service attitude and on-the-spot corrections.
• Ensure store environment is clean, safe and presentable.
