Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1+ year related experience.
• HIPAA, Food Handler, and state certifications required where applicable.
• 21+ years of age for driving duties per policy.
• Ability to learn and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners with retail management.
• Conduct onboarding and introduce policies and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure modules completed.
• Deliver training sessions on topics including on-the-job training.
• Report partner progress to management.
• Assist partners with task-related issues and improve procedures.
• Maintain store safety and presentable appearance.
