Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) invites applications for a Training Coordinator to partner with retail management in developing staff and ensuring training compliance. The role includes onboarding, executing training modules, and reporting progress to leadership, all aimed at elevating service and operational standards.

You will work in a retail store environment, support policies, and help staff grow within the company culture and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in conjunction with upper management.
• On-board new hires to Company policies, procedures, people and culture.
• Identify training needs with retail management and ensure modules are completed.
• Conduct training sessions covering on-the-job and refresher topics.
• Report progress of partners to management during training periods.
• Assist partners with position-specific issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain customer-friendly store atmosphere and ensure safety/cleanliness.

Education
