Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, Texas seeks a Training Coordinator to partner with retail management to train and develop associates. You’ll onboard new hires, introduce policies, and monitor progress to drive improvement.

Collaborate with front end teams to reinforce a customer‑oriented, compliant work culture. Lead on‑the‑job and refresher sessions while ensuring awareness of company policies and safety standards across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Certifications (TABC/LACT/AATC) required where applicable.
• Partners must be 21 years or older to drive per policy.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners with management guidance.
• Onboard new hires and introduce policies and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure completion of modules.
• Stay current with company policies, initiatives, and tech.
• Conduct training sessions on job tasks and refreshers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and support customer service.
