Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, TX is seeking a Store Trainer to coordinate training and development for front-end partners. You will conduct onboarding, train on policies, procedures, and company culture, and collaborate with store management to identify training needs and ensure completion of all modules.

You will receive teaching materials from corporate, deliver sessions on on-the-job and refresher training, and report progress to leadership while maintaining a customer service-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• HIPAA certification where applicable.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard store partners and new hires.
• Monitor partner progress and report to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures and store standards.
• Provide on-the-job and refresher training to staff.
