Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Brownwood, TX seeks a Store Trainer to coordinate and deliver partner training across the store. You’ll onboard new hires, reinforce company policies, and partner with management to tailor training needs while ensuring a friendly customer service culture.

The role requires HIPAA and Food Handler certifications and flexibility for nights and weekends. You'll work with upper management to monitor progress and suggest improvements, maintaining compliance with safety

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and related experience.
• HIPAA certification and Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with store management to train and develop partners.
• Conduct partner onboarding and introduce policies, procedures, and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure completion of training modules.
• Deliver sessions on various topics including on-the-job and refresher training.
• Monitor partner progress and report to management; adjust training as needed.
• Maintain a customer-service oriented store atmosphere and safe working environment.
