Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1+ years related experience.
• HIPAA, Food Handler, and TABC/LACT/AATC certifications where applicable.
• Must be able to work with store teams and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops partners in collaboration with retail management.
• Onboards new hires to company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Identifies training needs and ensures completion of modules.
• Remains current on policies and technologies and shares updates.
• Conducts training sessions for on-the-job and refresher topics.
• Reports partner progress to management and suggests improvements.
