Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a Training Coordinator to partner with retail management in training and developing associates across banners. You will onboard new hires, introduce company policies, and identify training needs to ensure timely completion of programs.

Collaborate with management to monitor progress and implement improvements while maintaining a customer-focused, safe store environment. You will need a High school Diploma or GED, HIPAA and Food Handler certifications, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1+ year related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.
• Must be 21+ to drive for Company business.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in collaboration with retail management.
• On-boarding of new hires and introduction to policies and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure completion of required modules.
• Deliver training sessions including on-the-job and refresher training.
• Report partner progress to management and suggest improvements.
• Assist partners with position-specific issues and improve procedures.
• Maintain a customer-service oriented store environment and on-the-spot corrections.
• Ensure store safety and sanitation; comply with company safety procedures.
