Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a Training Coordinator to work with retail management to train and develop partners. You will monitor progress, coordinate onboarding, and support implementation of training programs across stores.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience, HIPAA and Food Handler where applicable, and certification requirements (TABC/LACT/AATC) as needed. This position is based in a retail store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year related experience preferred.
• HIPAA certification required where applicable; Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with retail management to train and develop partners.
• Monitors and reports partner progress to management and makes recommendations regarding training opportunities.
• Conducts onboarding and introduces new hires to Company policies, procedures, people, and culture.
• Keeps current on Company policies, procedures, and technologies; delivers training sessions.
