• Ability to learn processes and transfer knowledge to others.
• Knowledge of Company policies and procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in collaboration with retail management.
• Onboard new hires to policies, procedures and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure module completion.
• Deliver training sessions on on-the-job and refresher topics.
• Report partner progress to management and suggest improvements.
• Support front-end partners with issues and maintain a customer‑service mindset.
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant store environment.
