Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is hiring for a role coordinating with retail management to train and develop store partners. You will work with front-end teams to ensure training guidelines are followed and monitor partner progress, offering recommendations for training opportunities.

The role requires hands-on training delivery, collaboration with management, and adherence to company policies. Expect a busy retail environment with a focus on service quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
• Partners must be 21+ to drive for Company business.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners with retail management.
• Onboard new hires to Company policies, procedures, people, and culture.
• Identify training needs with management and ensure modules completed.
• Deliver training sessions on varied topics (on-the-job, refresher, etc.).
• Report partner progress to management during training periods.
• Assist partners with position-specific tasks and suggest procedural improvements.
• Provide a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and maintain store appearance.
