Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to collaborate with retail management on partner training and onboarding. This role monitors progress and makes recommendations for improved training opportunities, ensuring alignment with company policies and culture.

The position supports front-end teams, upholds safety standards, and helps maintain a welcoming store environment while promoting customer service excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of related experience.
• HIPAA certification is required.
• Food Handler certification is required.
• Certifications (TABC/LACT/AATC) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in collaboration with upper management.
• Conduct on-boarding for new hires and introduce company policies.
• Identify partners needing training and ensure completion of modules.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and technologies.
• Deliver training sessions and report partner progress to management.
• Assist partners with position-specific issues and suggest improvements.
• Promote a friendly, customer-service attitude with front-end partners.
• Ensure store presentability and a safe, clean shopping environment.
