Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in conjunction with upper management.
• Conduct retail partner on-boarding and introduce new hires to Company policies, procedures, people, and culture.
• Collaborate with retail management to identify training needs and ensure completion of training modules.
• Receive teaching materials from corporate and conduct training sessions covering a wide variety of areas.
• Report progress of partners during training periods to management.
• Assist partners with problems concerning position-specific tasks and provide solutions to improve procedures.
• Work with front end partners to ensure a friendly, customer-service oriented store environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment by following safety procedures.
