Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Texas is seeking a Training Coordinator to partner with management to train and develop store teams. You’ll onboard new hires, identify training needs, and deliver sessions across a range of topics while upholding policies and culture.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and process improvement, with opportunities for growth within the training function and across banners.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
• Partners must be 21+ to drive for Company business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with retail management to train and develop partners.
• Induct new hires to policies, procedures, culture, and people.
• Identify training needs and ensure completion of modules.
• Deliver training sessions on various topics including on-the-job and refresher training.
• Report progress of partners during training to management.
• Assist partners with position-related issues and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain customer-service oriented store environment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, safe conditions.
