• On-board new hires and ensure compliance to policies.
• Monitor training progress and suggest improvements to procedures.

Skills

Intermediate understanding of Company checkout policies and procedures

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to motivate others and work well with a team

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners

Education

High school Diploma or GED

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification

Food Handler certification

TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable
