Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in collaboration with retail management.
• Conduct partner onboarding and introduce Company policies and culture to new hires.
• Identify training needs and ensure all modules are completed.
• Stay current on policies, procedures, and technologies and deliver sessions.
• Report partner progress during training and offer improvement suggestions.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to maintain friendly, customer‑focused service and store readiness.
