Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in conjunction with upper management.
• Conduct retail partner on-boarding and introduce new hires to policies, procedures, people and culture.
• Identify partners in need of training and ensure completion of all training modules.
• Remain current on company policies, procedures, initiatives and technologies.
• Conduct training sessions covering on-the-job and refresher topics and report progress to management.
