Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Training Coordinator to work with retail management to train and develop partners, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures across front-end operations.

The role includes onboarding new hires, identifying training needs, delivering on-the-job and refresher sessions, and reporting progress to management while maintaining a safe, courteous store environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of related training experience.
• HIPAA, Food Handler, and where applicable TABC/LACT/AATC certifications.
• Must be 21+ years old to drive per policy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop retail partners with management guidance.
• Onboard new hires to company policies and culture.
• Identify partners needing training and ensure completion of modules.
• Keep current on company policies and technologies.
• Provide on-the-job and refresher training sessions.
• Report partner progress to management.
• Support front-end partners with customer service excellence.
• Maintain store appearance and safety compliance.
