Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail.
• Forklift certification required.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English; strong interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift to meet operational standards.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder on duty.
• Develop, train, coach and support team members for career growth within the organization.
• Comply with SOPs and safety policies; adhere to agency procedures.
• Greet and assist donors/customers; ensure courteous and efficient service.
• Assist and resolve complaints; communicate issues to management.
• Maintain proficiency for tasks across workstations and store areas.
• Monitor store appearance and housekeeping to agency standards.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
• Transfer to other Goodwill of North Georgia stores as needed.
