Job summary

• Must be certified and licensed to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift to ensure operational standards are met.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder on duty.
• Develop, train, coach and support team members for career growth within the organization.
• Comply with SOPs and safety policies and procedures.
• Greet and assist donors/customers; ensure service is efficient and effective.
• Assist and resolve complaints and communicate issues to management.
