Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a store supervisor to oversee daily operations, greet donors and customers, and ensure service standards are met. You will train and coach team members, manage shift coverage, and uphold safety policies.

The role requires strong communication, a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and willingness to work variable hours across the week. Opportunities for advancement exist within the Goodwill network.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience supervising store personnel or teams preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard store software.

Responsabilités

• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift to meet operational standards.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder/team leader on duty.
• Develop, train and coach team members for career growth within the organization.
• Comply with Donated Goods Retail SOPs and safety policies.
• Greet and assist donors/customers to ensure efficient service.
• Resolve complaints and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain proficiency for tasks across all workstations.
• Ensure store appearance meets agency standards.
• Maintain accurate store records and reports.
• Attend meetings and required trainings.
• Transfer to other Goodwill of North Georgia stores as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
