Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia seeks a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, train and coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service at the Gainesville location. You will open/close the store, monitor compliance with SOPs, and resolve customer issues while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Associates degree or related retail management coursework preferred.
• Must have excellent oral and written English communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store personnel during assigned shift to ensure standards.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder on duty.
• Develop, train, coach and support team members for career growth.
• Comply with SOPs and safety policies.
• Greet and assist donors/customers with excellent service.
• Resolve and communicate complaints to management.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping.
