Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Supervisor in Roswell, GA to oversee daily store operations and staff during shifts. The role includes leading customer service, ensuring safety, and maintaining SOP adherence.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Forklift certification and MS Office proficiency are required or preferred. This is a full‑time on-site position.

• Associates degree or related coursework preferred.
• English written/spoken communication required; bilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift to meet operational standards.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder on duty.
• Develop, train and coach team members for growth within the organization.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety policies of the agency and Donated Goods Retail.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and ensure efficient service.
