Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a team of associates and donors. The role requires forklift certification, strong communication, and reliable problem-solving skills.

You will open/close the store, train staff, monitor safety standards, and maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years retail experience.
• Associates degree or related coursework preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; bilingual a plus.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift to meet operational standards.
• Open/close the store as key holder/team leader on duty.
• Train and coach team members for career growth within the organization.
• Greet and assist donors/customers; deliver high standard of customer service.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping to agency standards.
