Goodwill of North Georgia in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations during assigned shift, open/close duties, and coach team members.

You will greet donors and customers, ensure service standards, handle complaints, supervise tasks across departments, and help maintain store appearance and records.

The role requires strong communication, at least 2–3 years in retail, forklift certification, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail.
• Associate degree or related retail management coursework preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; bilingual a plus.
• Must be certified and licensed to operate a forklift.
• Maintain dependable transportation and ability to work varied hours.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all store personnel during assigned shift to ensure standards are met.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder on duty.
• Develop, train, coach and support team members for career growth.
• Comply with SOPs and safety policies.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and maintain service standards.
• Resolve complaints and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping to agency standards.
• Transfer to other Goodwill stores as needed.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
