Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling, customer issues, and operations when the Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and coach store associates through LIDS Training Programs and set sales/task goals.
• Schedule and staff the store; supervise discipline with written/verbal warnings as needed.
• Drive customer service, merchandising standards, and adherence to company policies.
• Support cash handling, inventory accuracy, and store audits.
• Ensure smooth opening/closing procedures and daily store operations.
