Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and deliver exceptional customer service at our retail location. You will manage schedules, training, and performance while upholding Lids standards and brand image.

Through hands-on leadership, you’ll drive store KPIs, merchandise execution, and safety protocols, ensuring a fun, inclusive environment for teammates and customers alike.

• Able to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues.
• Lead training and development using LIDS programs.
• Administer disciplinary steps when leadership absent.
