Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure policy compliance while driving sales and improving the customer experience.

This role requires delivering results through training, visual standards, and effective communication, with duties including opening/closing, cash handling, and teamwork responsibilities within a fast-paced retail
