Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to maintain brand standards and ensure a welcoming, high-performing team environment.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer progressive discipline with verbal and written warnings.
• Engage team by creating a fun and productive environment.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on procedures.
• Enforce company policies, safeguard inventory, funds and property.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations to make it right.
