Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise staff, maintain standards, and ensure a welcoming, productive environment that reflects the Lids brand.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling, merchandising, and safeguarding assets while fostering teamwork and exceptional store performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up in the manager's absence.
• Administer discipline with verbiage and documentation as needed.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and adherence to brand standards.
• Drive selling strategies to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Open/close the store and ensure procedures are followed for inventory and cash handling.
