Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead daily operations, and mentor team members in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support scheduling, training, and the implementation of company policies to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include leading the selling strategy, managing performance indicators, and maintaining store standards and appearance in alignment with Lids guidelines.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is away.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS training programs and set goals for sales and tasks.
• Administer disciplinary steps as needed in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment aligned with Lids Brand Standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates during peak periods.
