Goodwill Columbus is seeking a Store Team Leader to assist the Store Leader, the management team, and staff in achieving the annual operating plan. You will guide daily store operations, customer service, and staff development at 55 Carr Hill Rd., Columbus, IN 47201.

The role includes coaching hourly employees, participating in recruitment, implementing efficiency improvements, and representing Goodwill's mission and values to customers and donors.

Qualifications

• Degree and credential requirements: none; prior retail or service leadership helpful.
• Supervisory expertise: oversees work of others in service industries.
