Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana seeks a Store Team Leader in Indianapolis to assist the Store Leader and management team in reaching annual goals. You will coach hourly staff, manage daily tasks, and ensure outstanding customer service while aligning with Goodwill’s Mission and Values.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating operations, and tracking performance to optimize sales, donations, and resource use. A strong focus on ethics, communication, and teamwork is required.

• Degree and Credential Requirements - NONE; candidates with capability and willingness to learn are valued.
